Climate Change Wānanga & Video Launch Day – Let’s get cracking!
Is the climate on your mind? Do you have ideas about or interest in how we can future-proof our waka? Do you want to hear about what we’ve done with your ideas since May?
If so, join us at Te Pā o Moki (or online) on November 12th for our next climate wānanga, at 10am before the Rūnanga hui.
At this wānanga, we are excited to share with whānau the climate change video created from the last Tamariki Day. This video is for whānau and by whānau, it’s an educational resource and encapsulates what climate change means to us.
We also want to progress the discussion surrounding Te Pā o Moki, our whānau and climate change. We aim to:
– Inform you of the progress that we have made since we asked for
your input in May,
– Consider key aspirations and themes for our strategy,
– Decide how you want communication to look going forward, and,
– Provide a space for concerns, inspiration, and kōrero.
This is the perfect place to ask pātai and have an open discussion with other whānau in a safe space.
